Ted Wells is a seasoned trial lawyer barred in both Missouri and California. With five published 8th Circuit opinions to his credit by his fifth year of practice, Mr. Wells brings a breadth of experience to Romero Law. With extensive federal civil rights litigation and appellate experience, Mr. Wells’ experience with public entity litigation dovetails perfectly into his current representation of public corruption whistleblowers and other aggrieved employees.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wells served as Acting City Attorney for the City of Overland, Missouri, and worked at several prestigious firms engaged in public entity and civil rights litigation. Mr. Wells was also a repeat presenter for The Missouri Bar on issues of public entity liability and § 1983 litigation.
