Alma Gavia

Biography

Alma Gavia is Romero Law, APC’s Intake Coordinator. As our Intake Coordinator, Alma is responsible for new client inquiries, scheduling, and ensuring a welcoming, organized onboarding experience, adhering strictly to confidentiality standards. She provides direct support to our prelitigation department ensuring a smooth client onboarding experience and assisting in gathering client information for early resolution efforts.

Alma came to the firm with over 10 years of experience in client relations and administrative streamlining. In her previous role at a personal injury law firm, she was instrumental in enhancing intake efficiency, boosting client satisfaction, and increasing conversion rates.

Alma is known for her exceptional communication skills and proven ability to coordinate and support daily operational functions. Alma is fluent in both English and Spanish.
