Biography
Sharon is a Paralegal at Romero Law, APC, who provides direct support on all employment law cases involving private entity employers within arbitration and state court. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminology Law and Society from the University of Southern California, Irvine. Known for her considerable organizational skills, multitasking skills, and exceptional attention to detail, Sharon leverages her skills to ensure our attorneys are prepared for hearings, manage case files, and ensure deadlines are met.
Prior to joining our firm, Sharon dedicated herself to extensive volunteer work where she developed all the skills necessary to elevate the efficiency of our law firm and operations. Most recently, Sharon served as an Administrative Assistant for a Roofing Contractor where she assisted in the efficiency of company operations, such as providing clerical support and operating social media. Prior to that, Sharon served as a Behavioral Technician, where she utilized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to guide behavioral interventions, trainings, and workshops. She also assisted in interpreting conversations between Spanish speaking clients and English-speaking staff.
Sharon is fluent in both English and Spanish.
