Denise Mazzitelli

Biography

Denise Mazzitelli is an employment litigator who advocates for employees in workplace disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, and wage and hour violations.

Prior to joining Romero Law, APC, Denise worked on litigation involving claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California disability laws. As a law clerk, she also worked on the defense of automobile manufacturers in consumer protection litigation involving claims under California’s Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.

While in law school, Denise was an active member of the Moot Court Honors Program for two years, where she developed strong appellate advocacy and brief writing skills. She also participated in Southwestern Law School’s Children’s Rights Clinic, where she advocated for students in education-related matters and received the top grade in the clinic. Denise also earned the top grade in her first-year Legal Writing course.

Before entering the legal profession, Denise trained and performed as a dancer in the entertainment industry, where she developed the discipline and focus she brings to her litigation practice.
