David Gonzalez

Biography

David Gonzalez is Romero Law’s Prelitigation Supervisor, were he manages the crucial initial stages of employment cases.

Known for a calm, proactive approach, David oversees all case coordination from intake to negation, to case initiation, facilitating communication between attorneys and clients. He also assists in the implementation of growth strategies, reports and analyzes client metrics. David has a proven ability to manage high-volume client intake, improve operational efficiency, facilitate early resolution efforts, and provide compassionate support to individuals during critical times.

Mr. Gonzalez graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and brings over five years of Intake and Case Management experience to the firm. His prior experience included case management in workers compensation and personal injury firms, trial binder preparation, management of client intake, and processing of client records.

David is fluent in both English and Spanish.
